1. About DateMePro

DateMePro is an AI date coach that offers coach chat, profile tips, first-message ideas, date ideas, reply coaching and romance-scam checks for adults seeking serious relationships. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DateMePro.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You register with an email address and password and must keep your login details secure. One person per account; accounts may not be shared, resold or used to get around daily limits. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. AI suggestions, not advice

Answers are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. They are suggestions only and are not professional, psychological, legal or financial advice. A "Low" scam-risk result does not guarantee a person is genuine. Always use your own judgement, never send money to someone you have not met in person, and meet in public places. In an emergency in Malaysia call 999; to report a scam call the National Scam Response Centre at 997.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DateMePro to deceive, harass, manipulate, impersonate or harm anyone; to create fake profiles or scams; to submit unlawful content or other people's personal data without a lawful basis (for example ID, bank or phone numbers); or to attempt to bypass limits, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the text you submit. You give us permission to process it only to provide the answer you request. You are responsible for ensuring you are allowed to share it. Remove private details before pasting conversations.

6. Plans and payments

Daily limits reset at midnight Malaysia time (UTC+8). Fair-use limits apply to "unlimited" use to prevent abuse or automated access. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and [include / exclude] applicable taxes.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Paid plans are not yet available for purchase; registering interest by email does not create any payment obligation. When payments launch, payment will be processed by [payment provider], and the Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep DateMePro available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI providers may be temporarily busy or unavailable. We may change, add or remove features, and will tell paid subscribers by email about material changes.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, DateMePro is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions you make based on AI suggestions, or for the conduct of anyone you meet. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Ending your account

You may stop using DateMePro at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia. Consumers may also use the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia where available.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and email registered users about significant changes.
